What Personal Information We Collect
As set forth in more detail below, Clover Technologies Group, LLC ("Clover” or "We”)
collects personal information that you provide when you register on the Clovertech.com
website ("Site"). This information includes your first and last name, email address,
phone number and a password when you create your Clover account. We may ask you
to confirm your personal information when you contact our Customer Service department.
This will allow us to protect your confidentiality by verifying your identity.
Purchase Information
When you make a purchase from Clover, we collect your name and payment method information,
such as credit card information. We collect this information in order to bill you
for your purchase. We also collect information that allows us to ship your order.
This includes the name, address and phone number of the intended recipient(s). You
may change or delete this saved information anytime. Simply go to My Account. Log
in with your email address and password, then click "Address Book” or "Change Name,
Email & Password” and edit or delete whatever personal information you wish.
Other Times we may collect personal information
From time to time, Clover may conduct surveys via this Site, email, other media.
If you participate, we may collect your name, email address and mailing address
and other personal information. We will never sell or rent such information to any
third parties.

Clover Web server, not to some unknown or unauthorized server.

you signed up for an account at Clover (or another password you chose after changing
a previous password). Please keep this password confidential. No Customer Service
associated or in any other representative of Clovertech.com will ever ask you for
your password. You may change your password at anytime by going to My Account. Log
in with your email address and password, then click "Change Name, Email & Password”
and enter a new password.
Cookies and Other Computer Information
Clover may also collect information during your visit to the Clovertech.com website
through cookies and other commonly used information-gathering tools. A "cookie”
is a small data file transferred by a website to your computer’s hard drive. These
tools collect certain standard information that your browser sends to our website

How to Decide What Marketing Communications You Receive from Us
Clover reserves the right to send you certain communications or other forms of marketing
communications. You can choose to stop receiving any marketing emails from us at
any time by following these steps:
- Go to My Account and sign in.
- Click "Profile" in the left hand navigation.
- Remove the check in the box next to email communications
you would no longer like to receive.
Please allow up to 10 days for us to process your request.
The only email messages you will receive from Clover when you elect to not receive
marketing communications will be to:
- Confirm any purchases you make on this Site
- Let you know your order has been shipped
- Share other information about your order
- Respond to your customer service inquires

We want you to feel completely secure when ordering from Clover. We use industry
standard technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which encrypts (a method
of encoding data) sensitive information, such as financial services information
or payment information, before it is sent over the Internet. Any time Clover asks
you for a credit card number on Clovertech.com for payment or for verification purposes,
it will be SSL encrypted. The information you provide will be stored securely on
our servers. Once you choose to store or enter your credit card number on Clovertech.com,
it will not be displayed back to you or in its entirety when you retrieve or edit
