Jim Cerkleski
Chief Executive Officer

Jim Cerkleski is Chief Executive Officer for Clover Holdings, Inc., the industry leader in providing sustainable environmental solutions and high quality imaging products. Cerkleski is responsible for providing strategic vision and leadership for the company as well as overseeing sales, business development and strategic alliance initiatives.

The prototypical entrepreneur, Cerkleski has been instrumental in the record growth of three multi-million dollar businesses - all of which began at or near zero revenue. Shortly after graduating from Northern Illinois University, Cerkleski founded Superior Office Products, which surpassed $15 million in sales within its first five years of operation. He subsequently sold Superior Office Products to US Office Products and became a divisional President. Soon after, Cerkleski launched Superior Wireless to focus on the growing wireless market. In 2000, he purchased 60% of Clover's stock. Since taking the helm, Cerkleski has led the company from $5 million in annual revenue to revenue that now surpasses $300 million annually.

In 2006, Cerkleski was awarded Ernst and Young's Entrepreneur of the Year for Manufacturing and Distribution for the Lake Michigan Area. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Northern Illinois University.


Dan Ruhl
President
Clover Holdings, Inc.

Dan Ruhl is President of Clover Holdings, Inc., the industry leader in providing sustainable environmental solutions and high quality imaging products. In his role as President, Ruhl is responsible for finance, human resources, mergers and acquisitions and global operations, excluding North America.

Ruhl joined Clover in August 2004 as Chief Finance Officer and was appointed President in April 2007. Ruhl has been instrumental in the company's acquisition strategy and has successfully completed the transactions of Dataproducts, Thoroughbred Technologies, General Ribbon Corp and Cartridges Are Us. Prior to Clover, Ruhl served as Senior Vice President for Lincoln Partners. Ruhl led deal teams, managed key client relationships and was active in marketing services. He co-led the Food and Beverage practice and was responsible for the firm's relationships with accounting firms. Ruhl has also served as a Director and Managing Director at Anderson Deloitte and Touche in their corporate finance group and as Vice President within the commercial business group at Bank of America.

Ruhl earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Northern Illinois University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.


Eric Martin
President, North America Sales
Group Clover Technologies

Eric Martin is President of North America Sales for Clover Technologies Group, the global leader in the recycling and re-manufacturing of consumable imaging supplies. Martin is responsible for North America retail, contract and strategic account sales; Clover's environmental collection and recycling programs; marketing and merchandising and the printer parts division.

Martin joined Clover in March 2005 as the Executive Vice President of Clover Environmental Solutions. He was responsible for pioneering CES programs and expanding Clover's recycling business. More recently, he was appointed Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing. Prior to Clover, Martin was a partner at Superior Office Products and Superior Wireless, holding various sales and operations positions. Superior Office Products was subsequently sold to US Office Products where Martin served as Vice President of Operations. When US Office Products was sold to Corporate Express, he managed the Midwest integration and was hired as the Vice President of Sales for Chicago - managing over 125 sales professionals.

Martin holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Barat College.


George Milton
Chief Operating Officer
Group Clover Technologies

George Milton is Chief Operating Officer of Clover Technologies Group, the global leader in the recycling and re-manufacturing of consumable imaging supplies. As Chief Operating Officer, George Milton is responsible for overseeing product research and development, engineering and robotic automation, worldwide manufacturing, global distribution, quality assurance, global procurement, packaging engineering, customer service and technical support.

Milton has over 25 years experience in the office products industry and has held senior management operations positions with some of the largest distributors in the industry including Boise Cascade Office Products and Associated Stationers. Most recently, Milton served as Vice President of Operations for the Chicago and Wisconsin markets at Corporate Express where he had p/l responsibility of over $200 million, was instrumental in the integration of several large acquisitions and managed the start-up of a new distribution center.

Since joining the Clover organization in early 2004, Milton's focus has been on building the required infrastructure to support a global organization. His extensive experience with system integrations and operations management has helped Clover achieve significant growth in the last four years.


Bill Barclay
Executive Vice President / Managing Director
Clover Technologies Group Asia Pacific

Bill Barclay is Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Clover Technologies Group Asia Pacific, the industry leader in providing sustainable environmental solutions and high quality imaging products. In this role, Barclay is responsible for all of Clover's Asia Pacific operations including the company's newest and state-of-the-art factory near Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and headquarter facilities in Singapore. Barclay also oversees all sales and distribution throughout Asia Pacific, including Australia and New Zealand.

Prior to its acquisition by Clover Technologies Group in 2005, Barclay served in a variety of executive management capacities for nearly 30 years with Dataproducts Corporation, a former wholly-owned subsidiary of Hitachi Printing Systems of Japan. Most recently, Barclay served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Dataproducts' imaging supplies division. Before assuming responsibility for this division in 1992, Bill was Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing for Dataproducts' printer division. He also served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Dataproducts' European printer division for two years.

Barclay holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Long Beach and an MBA from Pepperdine University.


Mark Perry
Managing Director
Clover Technologies Group Europe

Mark Perry is Managing Director of Clover Technologies Group, the industry leader in providing sustainable environmental solutions and high quality imaging products. In this role, Perry is responsible for the European operations of Clover Technologies Group based in Porto, Portugal, including manufacturing in Portugal and sales and distribution in Europe,the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

Perry joined Clover as Managing Director in July 2005, after more than 25 years in the imaging supplies industry. He began his career with 12 years as a research physicist formulating and manufacturing toner for Sun Chemical before moving into a variety of senior executive roles in international sales and operations with PBT International. His multi-disciplinary roles have spanned from managing toner manufacturing facilities in North America to business development activities in South America, Asia and Europe.

Since joining the organization in 2005, Perry's focus has been to build an infrastructure in Europe to support Clover's global presence and service our worldwide customer base. Clover Europe also provides a broad range of support and management functions for Clover Vietnam.

Perry holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bristol University.


Ino Landa
Executive Vice President & General Manager
Clover Technologies Group Mexico

Ino Landa is the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Clover Technologies Group Mexico, the industry leader in providing sustainable environmental solutions and high quality imaging products. In this role, Landa is responsible for all Mexican operations of Clover Technologies Group including: finance, human resources, quality control, planning, manufacturing, engineering, IT, packaging and distribution.

Landa has over 23 years in the imaging supplies industry. Prior to joining Clover in 2005, Landa held senior management operations positions in Dataproducts Corporation, a former wholly-owned subsidiary of Hitachi Printing Systems of Japan. In 1994, he was responsible for launching operations in Mexicali, Mexico and has successfully grown the operation to over 1,900 associates.

Landa is an active member of numerous civic and professional organizations, including serving as the President of Mexicali's Industrial Park (PIMSA) Maquiladora Association and as the President of Scholarship Programs for Mexicali's Economic Development Commission.

Landa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Guadalajara, Mexico.


Ron Skowronski
Executive Vice President, Operations
Clover Technologies Group

Ron Skowronski is Executive Vice President of Operations of Clover Technologies Group, the industry leader in providing sustainable environmental solutions and high quality imaging products. In this role, Skowronski oversees global planning, global procurement, OEM supplies, inventory management and vendor management. Skowronski also works closely with the global distribution, global logistics, quality assurance, research and development, implementation, IT and customer service teams.

Skowronski joined Clover in March 2002 and has served in many capacities within the Clover organization. He has participated in all of Clover acquisitions, integrations and system implementations – serving an integral role in Clover’s early and continued growth. Skowronski was a key contributor to the implementation and development of Clover’s ERP system and developed many of the systematic processes and reporting used today. Prior to joining Clover, Skowronski spent 15 years in the futures markets at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and Chicago Board of Trade.


Brian Regan
Executive Vice President
CES (Clover Environmental Solutions)

Brian Regan is Executive Vice President of Clover Environmental Solutions, the global leader in providing environmental recycling solutions for ink cartridges, laser cartridges and small electronics. As Executive Vice President, Brian Regan is responsible for overseeing reverse logistics solutions, recycling programs, program development and management, customer service, corporate environmental compliance and internal stewardship program, sales, procurement and planning.

Regan joined Clover Technologies in August 2005, after more than 10 years in the office products industry. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Operations for the Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska and Iowa markets at Corporate Express where he had p/l responsibility of over $100 million. Prior to his role as Vice President, Regan was the Operations Manager for a start up operation in the Midwest that grew to over $200 million in annual revenue.

Since joining the organization in 2005, Regan has contributed to the acquisition and integration of inkjet manufacturing capabilities and is now focused on creating a world-class environmental reverse logistics infrastructure to support the changing needs of our customer base.

Regan is a graduate of the University of Dayton.
